JOE MANGANIELLO FOUND SUCCESS BY PLAYING INTO HIS TYPE—HE ADVISES HOW YOU CAN, TOO
“As an actor, you are someone’s fantasy of you. You’re not you. That’s not the case at all. But I love that people think that I am that because it means that I’m doing my job right.” https://www.backstage.com/magazine/article/joe-manganiello-sofia-vergara-audition-advice-68719/

UPCOMING TRAINING
STANDARD AMERICAN ACCENT WITH LIZ MCLAUGHLIN
Starting September 8 for 8 weeks
The majority of shows we audition for in Vancouver are set in America. It is assumed by directors, producers, and network executives that we sound American. The twang of an unauthentic American accent can limit our chances of booking a role no matter how good our audition was. Having a bullet proof Standard American Accent is what Liz McLaughlin will teach you. More importantly, the difference between a Standard American Accent and the American Accent they are looking for.
When: Sunday’s 10am-1pm | Where: 2333 Ontario St | Participants: 12 https://actorvan.com/product/standard-american-accent-with-liz-mclaughlin/
