BURNABY A HIDDEN HERO IN
VANCOUVER FILM INDUSTRY, STUDY FINDS

7 THINGS ABOUT VANCOUVER “WANNA-BE ACTORS” ACTING OUT
Three years ago, Trevor Lawless, David Harris and Shea Norman met in film
school and now the rest is history. The self-proclaimed “wanna-be actors” support each other’s passions, collaborate often and drink beer more often. Together they’re known as Acting Out and have an entertaining beer review web series, witty podcast series and other projects always on the go.
The pivotal and expensive scene in action films, more

A CHAT WITH ACTOR BETTY GABRIEL ABOUT GET OUT, WHITE COLONIZATION AND THE ALLURE OF HORROR FILMS
What’s great about this piece of work is that you as a person, given your life experience, given whatever mood you’re in that day or night, you bring part of the story to it. So I think when people riff on it, it’s very much about them expressing their thoughts on the ideas

Specificity is the hallmark of great acting and is also the main component in a successful audition. Here are two ways move from the generic to the specific:

unyielding form of hope. The Festival is packed with more than 80 films, including Manifesto, featuring actress Cate Blanchett.
