There will be many
times throughout your career (especially in the beginning), when you will be persuaded to take unpaid or low-paying projects. It’s going to happen – bow to the inevitability. The important thing is to figure out how to make these projects valuable to your career.
If you are one of these actors who tend to gesticulate (often wildly) with your hands, or have a penchant to sit/stand/walk about in your
auditions, consider this: stillness can be your best friend.
It’s all so much closer to us (and easier) than we realize. Or rather, just cut all the rhetoric surrounding acting and get to the heart of it…which is you.
This is where it all began. This workshop is renowned as an awesome experience. Actors have proclaimed that their career, artistic, and even life perspective has shifted at this
workshop. It’s where Matthew began to discover and define The Three Pillars of Acting. It’s where acting, the art form of life is reconnected to life itself. Scenes are assigned before class. A great weekend workout
