VANCOUVER OPERA TO LAUNCH CONDENSED SEASON SCHEDULE AMID FINANCIAL CRUNCH
There are enormous changes coming to Vancouver Opera: After next season, the company will abandon its full-season schedule and amalgamate its programming into a spring festival.

CHANGE IN DIRECTION
The DAVE tax credit is “a huge driver” in the growing VFX industry. In the majority of cases, the client claims the tax credit directly or the VFX facility can claim the rebate on a per-project basis and pass it on in pricing to the client.

The poll by Halifax-based Corporate Research Associates says 60 per cent of those polled said they mostly oppose the reduction of funding to the industry, 34 per cent said they support the cuts and five per cent said they had no opinion.

SUMMER FILM+TV ACTING INTENSIVES FOR KIDS+TEENS
Summer Intensives are a chance for students to see the kind of progress they can make when they devote 100% of their energy to acting.
