SEES HUGE DROP IN FILM PRODUCTION, RANKS BEHIND LOUISIANA How dramatic is the drop? If you exclude animated features, California's share of the top 25 live-action films declined from 64 percent in 1997 to just 8 percent in 2013. FILM INDUSTRY CONDEMNED FOR TURNING GRIZZLY STORY INTO THRILLER The death of Elisa Lam is to be made into
a supernatural thriller called The Bringing, sparking outrage and disgust among critics of the project.
